I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, well-decorated, and had stunning views. It was great to have a coffee machine in the room. The staff, especially Miss Beverly Brown – Clarke who checked me in, was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was impeccable and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The location was perfect for exploring awesome Brooklyn or NYC, with easy access to the Brooklyn Bridge.

The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. The location by the bellmen area provided easy access to all tourist locations, including right at the Brooklyn Bridge. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
The location is perfect, right at the end of the bridge for sunset photos of Manhattan. The staff provided excellent service, the room was clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. The hotel had a great health center with a large pool and hot tub. It was also convenient to subways, shops, and restaurants in Brooklyn Heights.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating - from the security and door personnel to the front desk and room cleaners. The location was perfect for our needs, as we were within walking distance to family and had easy access to the subway. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We were impressed with the hotel facilities and enjoyed the breakfast. the staff provided excellent service and made our stay enjoyable.
There was nothing we didn't like.
